If a substantial, verifiable issue arises with your wholesale shipment, please submit an official claim to our claims department via purekbeauty@gmail.com within the authorized post-delivery window.

  • Eligibility Standards: To qualify for return consideration, products must remain completely unopened, entirely unused, and preserved within their original, factory-sealed packaging in the exact pristine condition as originally distributed.
  • Documented Evidence: Our auditing team requires comprehensive photographic evidence, unboxing video captures, and associated documentation to objectively verify product status before any return authorization can be granted.

Import Customs Duties & Regional Taxation

All inbound customs tariffs, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), and regional clearance fees are the exclusive financial responsibility of the buying party (the importer of record). Purekbeauty does not cover, subsidize, or reimburse any fiscal charges applied by the regulatory agencies of the destination country. We strongly advise consulting with a licensed local customs broker to assess prospective tariff liabilities before finalizing a wholesale order.

Restricted Refund Protocol

Given the narrow margins of B2B wholesale commerce, simple change-of-mind cancellations or returns are strictly prohibited. Refunds or credits are issued exclusively if an itemized post-delivery audit reveals an incorrect product allocation (mis-shipment) or a structural packing omission (missing items).

  • Cargo Integrity: Approved returns must exhibit zero structural or aesthetic damage and must arrive at our South Korean distribution hub in their original, unviolated factory seals.
  • Audit Prior to Settlement: Final financial adjustments or credits are executed only after physical repatriation, technical inspection, and validation of the items by our inventory staff.
  • Outbound Freight Exclusion: All initial shipping, handling, and logistics fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any final approved credit value.
